Rainbow strives to ensure all our staff are up to date on the latest health and safety training and protocols. Our staff receive quarterly training in Working at Heights, WHMIS, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities, Pandemic Preparedness and many more.

At every job personal protective equipment is provided as well as other required health and safety equipment and documents. Out company is actively pursuing COR (Certificate of Recognition) training.

COR

The Certificate of Recognition (COR™) is a national accreditation standard that verifies full implementation of an employer’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System. COR™ is often used as a condition of contract by the public and private sector across Canada.
